The products at SS Garments are custom made, and return or exchange of goods is not permissible unless there is manufacturing defect. Orders once shipped will not be canceled.
If the T-Shirt size doesn’t fit you then you can raise a request to the customer care executive within 3 days of delivery and replacement will not be done for custom made T-Shirts.
Inspite of stringent monitoring of our products in case a manufacturing defect is found then the customer can raise a request and bring to our notice within 3 days of delivery. We will replace you the product absolutely free of cost. In case there is no availability of the product, the amount you paid for the product will be refunded to you within 48hrs of agreement of defect. Refund will be processed via the same mode you made the payment. In case of cash on delivery refunded will be done via cheque.
Yes. You have to ship the product at your own cost. Your shipped product have to reach us within a week and a copy of the courier slip must be scanned and sent by mail to our customer care email id.
The product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged in any way. The product must be shipped to us in a sealed form. You have to send the original package with all tags and boxes in condition while returning the product. You have to paste the address on the courier packet.
