Own Army is an online retailer of lifestyle products like T-Shirts offered to our customers. Membership allows customers to purchase a variety of products. Upon placing the order on our website we ship the product to you and entitle to its payment for the service.

Products

The images of the product shown in the website are for illustrative purpose only. The color of the T-Shirts may vary slightly as per customer’s respective screen resolution. In-case of any size issues on the product there will not be any replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is damaged or faulty on our end then the customer can proceed for the return request.

Pricing Information

We ensure that the correct details of price of product is displayed on the website. If there is an error we intimate to you as soon as possible before dispatch. Price for items may change from time to time without prior notice. The changes does not affect the product that has been dispatched.

Payment details

You are required to provide your credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. You shall not use the credit/debit cards that are not legally owned by you. Your card will be debited once you place the order.

Delivery / Return

Your shipping address will be verified in our database to check whether our delivery partners have an access to that area. If not serviceable then an alternative shipping address must be provided. If there is any damage in the product after delivery then intimation to our customer support must be given 48hrs and later intimation will not be considered. You must return the product within 15 days of delivery otherwise it will not be accepted.
